Is GreyMatter free to use?
Yes. The personalized AI news feed is free forever, with no account, sign-up, or credit card required.
What is included with GreyMatter Pro?
Pro includes personalized summaries of AI technology developments, structured learning from fundamentals to expert-level topics, and lessons and quizzes that adapt to your level.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
A card is required when you begin the Pro trial. You will not be charged if you cancel within seven days. If you continue, your selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro is $7.99 per month or $71.80 per year. The annual plan is billed once per year and works out to $5.99 per month, a 25% saving compared with monthly billing.
How is my content personalized?
GreyMatter adapts news, research summaries, lessons, and quizzes to your interests, background, and current proficiency. The goal is to give you the right depth without making you sort through material that is not useful to you.
What learning levels does GreyMatter use?
The learning path progresses through five levels: Novice, Basic, Proficient, Advanced, and Expert.

How do I delete my account and the data associated with it?
At GreyMatter, we respect your right to control your personal information. There are two ways to delete your account, both of which require identity verification to ensure your security:
Once requested, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data, such as profile and login information. Complete deletion can take up to 90 days because copies of your data may remain in backup storage for disaster recovery.
We may retain certain records, such as transaction and billing information, to comply with applicable tax and accounting laws.
